| Reading through the last entry
reminds me of another issue. A couple of participants on the course commented
that they really didn't like the questioning of the trainer that I and a couple
of others were doing. They said that we were on this weekend to soak up the
information and not to get into dialogue with the trainers. This brought me to
think about the frame in which these weekends have been set.
However, that being said I still need
to engage the trainers to ensure that my understanding of thier school is in
fact correct. Interestingly, Francois said, outside the presentations, that I
should write down my questions and wait because the question might be answered
later. I accept this and infact this is what I do for purley factual
information. However, Francois went on to make another observation that has
been in my mind. He said that asking questions and having a dialogue with the
trainer interrupts the "group process". |
