| The following pages are
a very personal account of my development as a psychotherapist during formal
training for UKCP Registration. I have written it in response to the specific requirements of UKCP Registration as well as my own desire to try and present a story that is missing in NLP. There are many stories of how NLP was developed but no explanation as the originators went along. I hope that this telling of my experience will encourage others to tell their stories. Further , I hope that it will provide a guide for people thinking about starting in practice. Do let me know what you think of the following pages.
